1. Overview
Kushaagri Institute is an independent education and training platform operated and managed by Shivangi Gupta.
This Refund / Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, training programs, workshops, mentorship programs, memberships, live classes, recorded courses, digital content, online services, o line services, and other paid educational services offered by Kushaagri Institute.
By making a payment or enrolling in any course or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund / Cancellation Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Kushaagri Institute follows a No Refund Policy.
Once payment for any course, training program, workshop, mentorship program, membership, live class, recorded course, digital content, online service, o line service, or any other paid educational service has been successfully completed, the amount paid shall generally be non-refundable.
Students and users are advised to carefully review the relevant course or service details, fees, features, duration, access period, eligibility, technical requirements, and other applicable information before making any payment.
3. Cancellation by the User
Cancellation of enrolment by the student or user shall not make the student or user eligible for a refund.
No refund shall be provided due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind;
- Non-attendance or non-participation;
- Non-utilisation of the course or service;
- Personal reasons;
- Inability to continue the course or program;
- Scheduling conflicts;
- Failure to complete the course;
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations;
- Technical issues at the user's end, including device, software, or internet connectivity issues; or
- Any other reason attributable to the student or user.
4. Duplicate or Excess Payment
In the event of an accidental duplicate or excess payment for the same course or service, the user may submit a refund request through the official contact channel of Kushaagri Institute.
The user may be required to provide relevant payment and transaction details for verification.
After verification and approval, the eligible duplicate or excess amount may be refunded after deduction of a processing and administrative charge of ₹600.
If the eligible duplicate or excess amount is less than or equal to ₹600, no refund may be payable.
Any remaining eligible refund amount, if applicable, may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Kushaagri Institute
Kushaagri Institute may modify, reschedule, replace, or cancel a course, batch, class, workshop, program, or other educational service where reasonably necessary.
In such circumstances, Kushaagri Institute may o er, as appropriate:
- An alternative batch;
- Rescheduling of the program or service;
- Access to an equivalent educational service; or
- Other reasonable arrangements.
Where Kushaagri Institute is unable to provide the enrolled service and no reasonable alternative arrangement is available, a refund may be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Educational Service and Payment Segregation
Payments made to Kushaagri Institute are solely towards the educational products or services purchased from Kushaagri Institute.
Such payments shall not be treated as payment for any separately regulated financial service, including any service that may be independently offered by a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, or any other separately regulated person or entity.
Enrolment in a Kushaagri Institute course or educational service shall not, by itself, create a client relationship for any separately regulated financial service.
Any separately regulated service, where independently offered, may require separate onboarding, agreements, terms, disclosures, and payment arrangements.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved under this Policy or is otherwise required under applicable law, the refund will be processed after the required verification and approval.
The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the user's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
